Our Story

For the better part of a decade, David Vaughn and Jeff Miller contracted with various brokers as field landmen, but found that the emphasis on ethical business practices was not present. They saw the need for a brokerage with integrity that put their clients first, and began to envision ways in which such a firm could be established. From the inception of Texhoma Land Consultants in October 1991, the founding principles have remained: client satisfaction is the top priority, and is obtained by recruiting the best landmen (both in-house and contract), treating and paying them well, and building a crew of talented professionals that remain with the organization. With a consistent crew of experienced and devoted individuals backing our clients, Texhoma Land Consultants flourished.

Texhoma is a reputable Land Management brokerage that partners with energy producers across the United States to provide quality land work backed by our passion and expertise in the industry. We are passionate about oil and gas and have a reputation for building long-term relationships with our clients by providing an innovative and efficient work product while remaining committed to our ethical and sustainable practices. Each business plan is tailored to individual clients and their unique needs, and no project is too large or too small. Whether your company requires a brokerage for a short project or one that will be ongoing for years, let Texhoma Land Consultants earn your business with our dedication to making you succeed.
